Tis’ the season to be married…

Wedding season has truly hit with Mudgee packed to the brim with brides, grooms and guests. This past weekend has seen the Domayn Team run off their feet preparing Marquees and venue decoration for garden weddings, vineyard weddings, cottage weddings and even backyard weddings!

And a little rain did nothing to dampen the spirits of our gorgeous brides and grooms. The Domayn Marquee and Function Hire Team worked with all of our couples to create wet weather plans to ensure their days were perfect in rain, hail or shine. For our Marquees, we swap the structured walls for clear span walls so guests can sip champagne while watching clouds roll over the Mudgee countryside.

There is also your kitchen to consider.  In rain, chefs and wait staff will need covered areas to carry and serve your food. As part of our wet weather plans, we create a mini-marquee set with wooden floors so wait staff and chefs can enter and leave your Marquee without braving the weather. This also means there will be no muddy footprints from the waitstaff decorating your dance floor!
